The Harvard Club of St. Louis will hold its 2021 Annual Meeting on Sunday, June 13, under a tent at the St. Louis Zoo. We are excited to announce that our speaker will be Dr. Joseph S. Davis (M.Ed. 2000; Ed.D. 2008), the current Superintendent of the Ferguson-Florissant School District. Below are details of the event.
WHAT: The Harvard Club of St. Louis Annual Dinner Meeting
WHEN: Sunday, June 13, 2021, cocktails at 6:30pm, dinner at 7:15pm
WHERE: The St. Louis Zoo, under the Event Tent, enter from South Parking Lot
HOW MUCH: $45 for current paid members and their guests; $60 for non-members and their guests, includes dinner and two drink tickets for beer/wine/soda
DRESS: Weather-appropriate tropical or safari attire is encouraged; masks encouraged when not eating and drinking
Additional details:
- Parking will be free in the South Lot beginning at 6:00pm
- Golf cart transportation to the dinner meeting venue will be available. For those with accessibility issues, the shortest path to the venue is to get dropped off under the bridge on Wells Drive, right in front of the South Entrance. The carts will be right inside the South Entrance, waiting to take you to the Event Tent.
- Each paid guest will receive two drink tickets to redeem for beer, wine or soda. Cash bar available for cocktails and additional drinks.
- Restrooms, including accessible restrooms, available at the venue
