Since gathering in person indoors is an unacceptable risk this December, The Harvard Club of St. Louis has re-imagined its annual holiday party, to combine safety with service to the community. Below are details.
When: Sunday, December 20, 2020, 1:00pm to 3:00pm
Where: 1138 North Warson Road, 63132 (parking lot of The Miriam Academy)
What: Drive-through food drive to benefit Operation Food Search
All participants will receive a goody bag (from masked & distanced volunteers) with an exclusive Harvard Club of St. Louis ornament, and edible treats. There are three ways to participate:
1. Bring a donation of food in the trunk of your car. Volunteers will unload the food from your trunk.
2. Make a donation (in advance) to Operation Food Search through the Harvard Club of St. Louis website here. (Note: select the Unrestricted donation option -- all Unrestricted donations during December will be passed through to Operation Food Search). Then drive by on December 19 to get your goody bag!
3. Make a donation via check (made out to Operation Food Search) and deliver it to volunteers on the day of the event.
